Dr. Amanda Worrell

Dr. Amanda Worrell is the veterinarian and owner of Anderson Ridge Veterinary Hospital. She grew up in South Carolina where she attended Clemson University for her undergraduate work.

She then moved to Texas and obtained a Master’s degree in Equine Science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University. She graduated in 2011 and has been practicing primarily small animal medicine ever since.

Dr. Amanda owns multiple dogs and horses, but her first and foremost love is spending time with her two children, Izzy and Jonah.

Amanda Stroh

Meet the ARVH practice manager, Amanda! Amanda has been a member of the ARVH family since July of 2014. During that time she moved up from a basic kennel tech/assistant to the ARVH hospital manager. Amanda moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M back in 2008 and she graduated with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries just prior to joining ARVH. She is currently enrolled at Purdue University in their Veterinary Nursing program and is aiming to be a licensed veterinary technician in the near future. She lives with her spoiled golden retriever, Clover, whom you might see (or hear) at the clinic if you ever come by for a visit, and in her free time, she enjoys visiting family, attending live music performances, and partaking in outdoor activities with friends.

Katlyn Janicki

This is Katlyn from Houston, Texas where she was born and raised! Katlyn is currently attending the Blinn College Veterinary Technician program where she is in the process of earning her LVT. She grew up rescuing, fostering and adopting out animals for as long as she can remember with her family, so her passion for animals is deep in her roots.  She has two rescue babies of her own, a 10-year-old cat named Daisy, and a 3-year-old dog named Sampson. Both of which are spoiled with every ounce of her love. Katlyn can’t wait to meet you and your furry companions here at Anderson Ridge Vet Hospital!
